Instructions

Marinate the wings with salt, pepper & paprika.

Divide the wings into 2 because we will fry one half and bake the other half in the oven.

In a bowl, add flour and season with salt, pepper & paprika. In another bowl, add rayeb.

Dip the wings in the flour mix then in the rayeb then back in the flour mix. Add to a tray and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Deep fry the wings on medium heat 10 minutes on each side.

For the other half that will be cooked in the oven, just add some olive oil to them and put in the oven.

After 30 minutes, flip the wings and brush some bbq sauce on top then put back in the oven.
