Instructions
- Marinate the wings with salt, pepper & paprika.
- Divide the wings into 2 because we will fry one half and bake the other half in the oven.
- In a bowl, add flour and season with salt, pepper & paprika. In another bowl, add rayeb.
- Dip the wings in the flour mix then in the rayeb then back in the flour mix. Add to a tray and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Deep fry the wings on medium heat 10 minutes on each side.
- For the other half that will be cooked in the oven, just add some olive oil to them and put in the oven.
- After 30 minutes, flip the wings and brush some bbq sauce on top then put back in the oven.
