In a bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, curry powder, onion powder, and baking powder.

Add eggs then add water gradually till we have a medium thickness.

Cut chicken into long strips then add to the mixture prepared. Leave in fridge for a while.

Now dip the marinated chicken in flour and press flour to coat chicken perfectly then shake it to remove any extra flour.

Fry in hot oil on medium heat until golden brown and crispy (for about 5 minutes).
For Mayonaise

Add oil to a cup and freeze it for 10 minutes.

Add salt, sugar and vinegar to cold milk and blend using hand blender then add oil gradually.
For Honey Mustard Sauce

In a bowl, add mayonnaise, mustard, honey, vinegar, garlic powder and black pepper then mix well.
