The Sauce

  1. In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients together

Chicken

  1. Cut chicken into cubes
  2. Marinate the chicken with mustard, lemon, salt & pepper, onion
  3. Chicken batter

    In a bag, add cornstarch, flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, eggs salt& pepper and mix very well 

    Leave in fridge for at least 1 hour and preferably overnight
  4. Coat the chicken with cornstarch and fry
  5. Add the sauce to the fried chicken
