  1. In a pot, add oil, butter, and chicken and stir till it is sauteed.
  2. Add celery, carrot, onion, mushroom, and garlic and stir.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, black pepper, salt, and flour to create a thick base.
  4. Allow the flour to absorb into the mixture, then add the chicken stock and milk and stir until the sauce thickens on low heat.
  5. Cut the puff pastry dough in half and roll it out on a sprinkle of flour the same size as the baking pan.
  6. In a baking pan brushed with oil, add 1st dough, then chicken mix, then 2nd dough, and remove any extras.
  7. Close both doughs together by fork or hand (watch video for technique) and cut the dough in the middle to let the steam get out, then brush it with egg mixed with milk and pepper.
  8. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes and leave for 10 minutes to rest.
