For the Sandwich
Instructions
Slice chicken breasts
Marinade the chicken in all marinade spices
In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce with honey and thyme
In a pan, add olive oil and grill the chicken on both sides
Brush the BBQ sauce on the chicken breasts while grilling
For the sandwich: Add BBQ sauce, lettuce, onion mixed with sumac and the chicken breasts
