Chicken And Vegetable Vermicelli

  1. Begin by cutting the chicken thighs into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, milk, salt, pepper, onion powder, chicken spices and paprika.
  3. Add the juice of two lemons, ketchup, and mustard to the chicken mixture. Stir well.
  4. Heat a pan and cook the chicken for average 10 minutes. Set aside.
  5. In the same pan, melt a cube of butter and add mushrooms, onions, cabbage, and grated carrots. Stir the vegetables together.
  6. Add soy sauce to the vegetable mixture.
  7. In a separate pot, prepare the vermicelli by browning them in butter, oil, and a clove of mastic.
  8. Add soup or boiling water with a stock cube to the vermicelli and let them cook until done.
  9. Combine the cooked vermicelli with the vegetable mixture.
  10. Add the cooked chicken to the vermicelli and vegetables. Stir everything together well.
