In a pan over medium heat, heat some oil and butter. Once hot, add the chicken cubes.
Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme.
Sauté for about 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan.
Add a little more oil to the same pan. Add the sliced mushrooms and season them with salt and black pepper.
Sauté the mushrooms until they are soft and have a golden-brown color. Remove the mushrooms from the pan and set them aside with the chicken.
Add a little more oil to the pan. Add the chopped onion and green pepper.
Season with salt and black pepper and sauté until they soften slightly.
Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the pan, stirring for a few seconds until the aroma is released.
Return the cooked chicken and mushrooms to the pan with the vegetables. Stir all the ingredients together to combine the flavors. Serve hot.
