In a baking pan brushed with ghee, lay out the half of phyllo dough and brush each layer generously with melted ghee.

Spread a layer of mozzarella and halloumi cheese mixture over the layers.

Lay out the second half of phyllo dough and brush each layer generously with melted ghee.

Prepare a mixture of egg, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour over the goulash dish.
For a crispy Goulash you can reduce milk mixture. -
Sprinkle sesame seeds and nigella seeds on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown and crispy.

Allow to cool slightly before serving and make sure to be covered.
