  1. In a baking pan brushed with ghee, lay out the half of phyllo dough and brush each layer generously with melted ghee.
  2. Spread a layer of mozzarella and halloumi cheese mixture over the layers.
  3. Lay out the second half of phyllo dough and brush each layer generously with melted ghee.
  4. Prepare a mixture of egg, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour over the goulash dish.
    For a crispy Goulash you can reduce milk mixture.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and nigella seeds on top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving and make sure to be covered.
