Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C and Grease 26 cm cake Pan.

In a mixer beat the eggs until light.

Add sugar and mix then add vanilla.

Pour in oil gradually and mix.

In a small bowl sift flour then add baking powder.

Add the previous mix to the batter and mix well.

Add cinnamon and grated carrots and mix well.

Add walnuts and stir. (optional)

Pour the batter evenly in the cake pan and Bake for 35-45 minutes.

Let it cool completely and flip it upside-down.
Frosting
-
In a bowl beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.

Add whipping cream and beat then add vanilla.

Add powdered sugar and Chantilly cream powder and mix till thick and creamy.

refrigerate the frosting for 30 min. and spread over the cake.

Decorate the top of the cake with walnuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
