Wash the shrimp well with water and vinegar.

Butterfly the shrimp. (cut the shrimp almost in two while leaving the two parts connected in the middle)

Devein the shrimp. (remove the dark-colored membrane-the intestinal tract of the shrimp-you see along the outermost curvature of the shrimp)

In a baking dish, lay the shrimp, shell side down, without overlapping each other.

In a deep bowl, put the butter, garlic, mustard, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper and cumin. Mix the ingredients together until completely combined.

Sprinkle the shrimp with salt and pepper. Place the butter mixture inside the shrimp.

Refrigerate the shrimp for 30 minutes before baking in the oven.

Cook in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes. Halfway through, put the cream on the shrimp.
