Instructions

  1. Pat dry the chicken wings and season with salt, baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
    Preferably to use small wings and cut into 2 pieces from the joint.
  2. Place the wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15 minutes.
  3. Flip the wings and continue baking for another 15 minutes until crispy and golden.
  4. Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, then add hot sauce and optional garlic powder. Stir until combined and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Once the wings are fully cooked, transfer them to a bowl, pour the Buffalo sauce over them, and toss until evenly coated.
