Buffalo Chicken with Blue Cheese Dip

  1. For the buffalo sauce, melt butter in a medium pan over medium heat. Add the hot sauce, sugar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together until the sauce thickens. Set aside to cool.
  2. To make the blue cheese sauce, mix the blue cheese and Greek yogurt together in a bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, season the chicken cubes with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add corn flour, flour, and a little milk. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
  4. Dip each chicken cube into flour to ensure it’s fully coated.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken cubes until golden and crispy.
  6. Once the chicken is fried, toss it in the buffalo sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve the buffalo chicken pops with the blue cheese sauce and garnish with carrot and celery sticks. Enjoy!
