Instructions
In a pan, add water and bring it to a boil then add 1 kitchen paper. Put a glass bowl on the pan and add the dark chocolate.
When the chocolate melts, add butter and stir until it melts. Then add the cocoa powder and stir.
Blend eggs with vanilla, white sugar and brown sugar. Whisk until mixture turns white.
Chop chocolate bar.
Mix the chocolate sauce with the white mixture then add flour and mix well (bottom to top)
Add the chopped chocolate, sea salt and mix well.
Line an oven pan with parchment paper, add the brownie mixture and sprinkle sea salt on top.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
