  4. Return the meat to the pan, add broth, and let it cook over low heat.
  5. Grease an oven dish well with clarified butter.
  6. Add rice and ghee and stir well. Add your preferred liquid mixture.
  7. Cut the Lebanese bread and place it in the greased dish, then put it in the oven to toast instead of frying.
