  1. In a chopper, add onion, tomato, mixed spices, salt, pepper, paprika, fresh rosemary and oil. Chop until smooth.
  2. Marinate the beef tenderloin with the mix prepared and set aside for 2 hours.
  3. In a pan, add ghee then pan fry the beef on both sides.
  4. In a oven tray, add some chopped vegetables then the beef tenderloin.
  5. Cover the tray with foil and cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
  6. In the pan used to pan fry the beef, add mushrooms and saute then set aside to coo down.
  7. Spread the puff pastry dough well then add the mushrooms then the beef and wrap well.
  8. Spread another puff pastry dough then cut into slices. Decorate the beef wrap with these slices (watch video for technique).
  9. Brush ghee on an oven tray, add the beef wrap then brush it with ghee.
  10. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 30 minutes.
