Instructions

  1. In a pan on high heat, add oil and the beef cubes. Then add chopped onion and stir.
  2. Add flour and season with salt & pepper then stir.
  3. Add brown sugar, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar (optional). Cover with cold water and stir.
  4. Add potatoes slices, carrots and mushrooms
  5. Add tomato paste and stock cube (optional)
  6. Let it cook for 2 hours on low heat then serve with white rice.
