Instructions

In a pan on high heat, add oil and the beef cubes. Then add chopped onion and stir.

Add flour and season with salt & pepper then stir.

Add brown sugar, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar (optional). Cover with cold water and stir.

Add potatoes slices, carrots and mushrooms
-
Add tomato paste and stock cube (optional)

Let it cook for 2 hours on low heat then serve with white rice.
