Heat two tablespoons of ghee or butter in a pan.
Brown the beef well in the hot pan. You can pre-boil the beef if desired, but it's not necessary for tender cuts.
In the same pan, add the onions and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
Add the bell peppers and potatoes to the pan. Sauté thoroughly.
Season with salt, black pepper, dried coriander, seven spices, and bouillon cube. Stir to combine.
Return the browned beef to the pan with the vegetables. Add the tomatoes.
Dissolve tomato paste in water and pour this mixture over everything in the pan. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Transfer the entire mixture to an oven-safe dish. Bake in a preheated oven for one hour until the beef is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
