Heat a pan on the stove over medium heat.

Add butter to the hot pan and let it melt.

Add garlic, yellow and red bell pepper, and chilli pepper to the pan.

Sauté them then add the liver to the pan and season it with salt, pepper, and liver spices.

Cook the liver until it is fully cooked.

In a separate pot, melt butter, add broth cubes, rice, salt, and boiling water to the pot.

Cover the pot and let the rice cook.

Prepare a plate by adding fried Lebanese bread.

Once the rice is cooked, place it on top of the bread on the plate.

Add the tahini salad on top of the liver and rice.

Garnish the dish with fresh parsley and serve.
