Instructions
Caramelized Apple: On medium to high heat cook the ingredients in a pan for 5 minutes and let it cool down
Cake Batter: In a bowl mix the batter ingredients in order
In a baking dish, add parchment paper and brush with butter and flour
Bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees from 35 to 45 minutes
Prepare the glaze then poke the cake using toothpick and drizzle the glaze on top.
Note: Brown sugar can be replaced with white sugar and 2 tbsp molasses
