Pasta with Bechamel

Instructions

Boil the pasta, till cooked, then drain it.

In a hot pan, add the minced meat, chopped onion, salt & pepper. Add a pinch of nutmeg.

Add the tomato paste to the meat. Stir well till its fully cooked.
Bechamel Sauce

In a saucepan, add ghee & flour. Mix well.

Add the milk, cream cheese, salt, pepper & chicken stock cube. Add a pinch of nutmeg.

Keep on mixing until the sauce thickens. Add some of the pasta water to adjust thickness.
Preparing the dish

In a pan, add the bechamel sauce to the cooked pasta and stir well. Leave some bechamel on the side for later.

Line the baking dish with one layer of the bechamel & pasta mix, then add some mozzarella cheese & minced meat.

Add another layer of the bechamel & pasta mix. then Add some bechamel on top.

Sprinkle some Mozzarella cheese on top.

Cook in a preheated at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
