  1. Chop the tomato & roughly chop the garlic cloves with a knife.
  2. In a pan add some ghee or oil or both, then add the tomato & garlic. Stir till you smell the garlic.
  3. Add the foul, salt, pepper & cumin. Stir well & enjoy. (You can either use whole foul or blend it)
  4. Serving suggestion: Add some oil and black pepper on top. Serve along with cheese and arugula.
