In a bowl, mix dry ingredients; flour, yeast, salt & sugar then add water and olive oil. Cover it with cling film and leave it overnight in the fridge (half way through, get it out, fold it and put it back)

Get it out of the fridge and leave it to reach room temperature

In a baking pan, add parchment paper, olive oil and flour then add the dough, add olive oil and cover it with cling film and leave it for 2 - 3 hours

Prepare the toppings: In a bowl, put the strawberries and add sugar and clove.

Grease hand with oil and make holes in the dough.

Then add the toppings: strawberries, some of the strawberry syrup and sprinkle sugar

For the savory one, add the toppings you prefer, I added rosemary, thyme, sun-dried tomatoes and olives

Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 220 degrees celsius
