  1. Boil potatoes and when ready, while still hot, add salt, pepper, butter and cream cheese. Mash the potatoes until very smooth. Add cold milk and stir until creamy.
  2. In a pan, add the cooked minced beef then add peas, chopped carrots, tomato paste, soy sauce, stock cube and season with salt, pepper & sugar. Stir well then add water and leave on low heat until ready.
  3. In an oven pan or casserole/ tajin, add the minced beef mixture then the creamy mashed potatoes and top it off with a layer of cheese.
  4. Put in the oven for 30 minutes then enjoy
