Mix eggs, cream, flour, vanilla, almond flavoring and sugar in a bowl

Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar, making sure that the sugar covers all of the butter

Pour the mixture into the baking dish and add the plums

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with cream or ice cream
