Rice with Shrimps

Shrimps Marinade
Instructions
- Marinade the shrimps
- In a wok, add butter and cook shrimps for about 3 minutes on each side then remove from the wok
- Chop carrots and onions into small cubes
- In the same wok, add butter then the onion, carrots and peas (take 1 spoon of this mix and set aside for later)
- Add the spices then the tomato paste and mix well
- Add 1/2 cup of water, mix well then add the bay leaves
- Add 3 cups rice and 4 cups water
- When it boils, lower the heat and cover the wok until fully cooked
- Add the shrimps on top, sprinkle green onions or parsley and the vegetable mix spoon we set aside
