  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients (except BBQ sauce) with the drumsticks
  2. Leave it in the marinade overnight
  3. Roast in the oven at 200 degrees celsius for 1 hour
  4. Add BBQ sauce and put back in the oven until caramelised
