Cut the figs in half and place them in a pan with butter and a sprinkle of honey until they caramelize.
Add halloumi cheese to the pan to absorb the fig flavor.
On a serving plate, place the lettuce and arugula.
To prepare the dressing: mix black honey, lemon, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and mayonnaise.
Add the dressing to the lettuce and arugula and toss.
