Add olive oil to the pan and add the sliced zucchini, seasoning with salt and pepper.
On the other side of the pan, add the garlic and butter and sauté for about half a minute.
Mix all ingredients together, then add the cream to cover the zucchini, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and dried mint.
Add the cooked pasta to the mixture with some pasta water.
Serve on a plate and then garnish with Parmesan cheese and pomegranate.
