Description

This is a delicious and easy to prepare bechamel pasta recipe. It consists of layers of pasta, creamy bechamel sauce, and pieces of smoked fish, baked until golden.

  1. Boil The Pasta
  2. In a pan, melt the butter with the oil, then add the flour and stir until well combined.
  3. Add the vegetable broth cube, milk, and cream while stirring constantly.
  4. Add the lemon zest, dill, minced garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and cream cheese. Stir until the consistency thickens.
  5. In an oven dish, place a layer of bechamel then boiled pasta, then a layer of chopped smoked salmon, then pour half of the bechamel sauce. Add another layer of pasta and salmon, then pour the remaining sauce. Spread the mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15-30 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
