Grind the konafa in a food processor, then brown it in clarified butter until golden, then set aside to cool.
Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil until cooked, then remove them from the pan.
In the same pan, sauté the diced chicken with garlic.
Add the chopped onion, stir, and season with chicken spices.
Return the mushrooms to the pan, then add the broth, soy sauce, and mustard, and stir well.
Add one teaspoon of flour and stir until the flour disappears.
Add the cream, stir well, and let it cook for about 3 minutes.
Add the cream cheese and stir until completely melted, then remove from heat.
Serve the dish by placing a layer of crispy konafa over the chicken and mushroom mixture.
