Description

This is a quick and tasty breakfast recipe combining eggs, bread, and sucuk. It's easy to prepare and baked in the oven until done.

  1. Cut the Sucuk or Remove it from the Casing.

  2. Cook the Sucuk with a Little Olive Oil, then Set Aside to Cool. If Desired, Flatten It Before Placing in the Baking Dish.

  3. Brush the Bread with a Little Olive Oil and Place in the Oven at 190°C for 5 Minutes.

  4. Beat the Eggs, Add Salt and Pepper, and Mix Well. Then Add Milk, Any Preferred Cheese, and Parsley.

  5. Remove the Bread from the Oven and Pour the Egg Mixture Over It Until Fully Covered.

  6. Place the Sucuk Over the Bread, Then Add Cherry Tomatoes, Extra Cheese, Red Onion, and a Little Parsley.

  7. Place the Baking Dish in the Oven for Half an Hour Until the Eggs are Fully Cooked.
