Description

Ghee sauce made with ghee and spices adds a rich flavor to grilled salmon with vegetables. This dish can be served as a light main course or a fancy dinner.

  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, cornstarch, and sesame oil together and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped vegetables, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, stir well, then remove and set aside.
  3. Heat a little olive oil in the same pan, add salmon fillets and season with salt and pepper. Cook on each side until done.
  4. Stir the sauce well, then add it to the salmon in the pan. Reduce heat and stir until it thickens and coats the salmon completely.
  5. Serve the salmon with vegetables and sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.

Chef Note

Any vegetables available in the fridge can be used. Make sure to cook the salmon over low heat for a tender texture.
