Prepare the chicken drumsticks - You can remove the skin if you want.
In a bowl, mix smoked paprika, chicken seasoning, coriander, thyme, black pepper, chili flakes (if desired), olive oil, and lemon juice.
Add the chicken tenders to the marinade and mix well to coat evenly. Leave them in the dish.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Arrange the chicken tenders in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes, turning them twice during cooking to achieve a golden color on all sides.
After removing from the oven, brush the hot tenders with any remaining marinade.
