Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add yogurt and knead without adding water. Sprinkle a little flour if needed.
Place the dough in a bowl, grease with olive oil, and let it rest.
Mix white cheese with za'atar, black seed, and spinach.
Divide the dough into balls. Flatten each ball to the size of a palm. Place a spoonful of filling in the center, close the dough, and press gently.
Heat a pan well. Cook the pastry on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
