A Greek breakfast recipe: baked feta cheese with tomatoes, olives, and herbs. Served with toast.

Instructions
Place a little olive oil in a small baking dish.
Place the block of feta in the dish.
Place cherry tomatoes or chopped tomatoes around the cheese.
Add the pitted green olives.
Sprinkle Greek herbs or Greek spice blend over the ingredients.
Add an extra drizzle of olive oil.
Place the dish under the broiler or in the oven for about 30 minutes until the cheese is browned on top and soft and creamy.
