Description

  1. Place the eggplant in the air fryer until cooked.
  2. Sauté the chopped onion in two tablespoons of oil.
  3. Add the pre-cooked minced meat, then two cloves of garlic, and the hot pepper (or bell pepper).
  4. Add the tomato juice, a tablespoon of tomato paste, salt, pepper, and cumin.
  5. Add the eggplant and a little water, and stir well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a clay pot and put it in the oven until cooked.
