Instructions
Place the eggplant in the air fryer until cooked.
Sauté the chopped onion in two tablespoons of oil.
Add the pre-cooked minced meat, then two cloves of garlic, and the hot pepper (or bell pepper).
Add the tomato juice, a tablespoon of tomato paste, salt, pepper, and cumin.
Add the eggplant and a little water, and stir well.
Transfer the mixture to a clay pot and put it in the oven until cooked.
