Description
Swiss roll is a classic dessert perfect for occasions. It consists of a light sponge cake filled with Chantilly cream and decorated as desired. It is characterized by its easy preparation and wonderful taste.

Instructions
Mix egg yolks with sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla very well.
Add flour and baking powder to the mixture and mix.
Whip egg whites with sugar gradually until the consistency is right.
Add whipped egg whites to the yolk mixture and fold gently.
Line a 30x40 cm baking sheet with parchment paper, then pour the cake batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C on the middle rack for 15 minutes.
Let the cake cool, then roll it with the parchment paper into a roll and let it cool completely.
Prepare the filling: whip Chantilly cream dream whip with half a cup of liquid milk according to instructions until thick.
Unroll the cake again, spread the filling, then roll it back up into a roll.
Decorate the top as desired, then place the roll covered in the refrigerator until chilled and set.
Chef Note
You can use any preferred flavor for the Chantilly cream. It is best to chill the Swiss roll well before serving.
