Beef Stroganoff
Description
A simple and quick beef stroganoff recipe. Marinate beef strips with olive oil, mustard, salt, and pepper for just 15 minutes, then sear them. In the same pan, add butter, onion, mushrooms, garlic, beef broth, cream, and mustard. Add butter and sugar caramel to enhance the flavor.

Marinate beef strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and mustard, and let sit for 15 minutes.
Sear the marinated beef over high heat until cooked but not overdone.
In the same pan, add butter, chopped onion, and mushrooms, and sauté.
Add garlic, beef broth cube, then cooking cream and mustard.
In a small pan, cook butter and sugar until light brown, then add it to the sauce to enhance flavor (not to sweeten the dish).
Return the beef to the sauce and stir, then serve hot.
