In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: All-Purpose Flour, Baking Powder, and a Pinch of Salt. Stir them together.

In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: Milk, Eggs, Melted Butter, and Vanilla Extract. Stir until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Do not over-mix.

Slice the Bananas into rounds of your preferred thickness.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a very small amount of Oil if needed, just to prevent sticking.

Dip each Banana Slice into the pancake batter, ensuring it's well coated.
