  2. Stir in the minced garlic, rosemary, and bay leaf. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the beef broth or water with the stock cube. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Slice the bread and brush with olive oil. Toast in the air fryer or oven until crispy.
  6. Ladle the soup into bowls, top with toasted bread, and sprinkle with cheese. Place under the broiler or in the oven until the cheese melts and bubbles.
