No-Knead Pizza

In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until bubbly.
In a bowl, mix flour with salt and add the fermented yeast and stir. Add water gradually until a sticky dough forms.
Cover and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size. Add oil, and cover again for 1 more hour or refrigerate until next day.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Divide the dough into two portions and stretch each by hand to form thin crusts.
Spread the sauce, add desired toppings (BBQ chicken, mozzarella, or Margherita ingredients).
Bake in the oven.
