French Toast Fingers

- Remove the edges of the toast slices and set them aside.
- Spread your choice of filling (chocolate, lotus cream, cream cheese, or peanut butter) on one side of the toast.
- Cut each slice into fingers for easy handling.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk until fully combined.
- Dip each toast finger into the egg and milk mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place the coated fingers in the pan and cook on low heat, turning them until golden brown on all sides.
- Serve warm with nuts, fresh fruits, or syrup as a topping.
