Instructions
Slice the onion and tomatoes into thick rings. Season them with salt and black pepper.
Prepare your beef patties, season with your preferred spices, and set aside.
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add oil. Grill the burger patties for 4-5 minutes per side, depending on your preferred doneness.
In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and cook on low heat until they become soft and caramelized.
On a baking tray, assemble the burger without buns. Start with a layer of mayo, followed by a layer of pickled cucumber slices and caramelized onions.
Add the first burger patty, top with cheddar cheese, then add the second burger patty. On top of that, place mozzarella cheese and another layer of onions and pickles.
Place the third burger patty on top.
Place the assembled burger in the oven for 3 minutes at 180°C or until the cheese melts and becomes gooey.
