Mix together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and spices in a bowl.

Divide the mixture into two parts. Set aside half for dredging.

Add eggs to the first half of the mixture and stir until smooth then add water till reach the desired thickness.

Coat chicken pieces thoroughly in the batter and fridge it for 30 minutes.

Now mix the chickens with 2nd half of flour mix and drain from extra flour.

Make sure the oil is hot enough in a deep pan first 5 minutes, then cover it and lower the heat and fry chicken until golden brown and crispy for almost 20 minutes..
