  1. In a mixing bowl, mix the rice with onion, salt and a lot of black pepper.
  2. Add pigeons breasts only and mix all again.
  3. Brush a tajin well with butter from all sides.
  4. Add rice with pigeons mixture then add mix of milk , cooking cream and chicken broth.
  5. Cover the tajin with foil and put in the oven.
  6. When half way through cooking, add the pigeons legs and bake till fully cooked.
