In a bowl, add the finely sliced beef, then mix with salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, cubeb, garlic powder, cloves, soy sauce, vinegar, vegetable oil, chopped onion, minced garlic and raw tahini.
Leave the meat to marinate as long as possible.
In a baking tray add marinated meat , place under the oven grill for 10 minutes.
Take out of oven and add chopped tomatoes and onions on top of the meat.
Return the tray under oven grill for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven and sprinkle chopped coriander, spices (such as the ones used in the marinade), and cooked tahini over the meat and vegetable.
To serve, take bread and spread cooked tahini then add a portion of the meat mixture in the bread.
