Instructions
In a cooking pan add olive oil, mastic, minced cardamom
Add chicken breast and roast
Remove from from pan after colour change
In the same pan add onion till golden then add celery and mix
Add carrots and mushroom and mix all well on medium heat
Add bay leaves, garlic mix all ingredients well and then re add the chicken and mix
Add broth, salt and pepper and mix
Add spinach to the broth after carrot is perfectly cooked
Add the noodles and mix and leave to boil
Add cooking cream, lemon juice and stir.
