In a mixing bowl add the cream and the condensed milk.
Dissolve the instant coffee in water and add to the mixture.
In a Pyrex tray add a coffee biscuit layer and cover it with the mix.
Add the other layer cinnamon biscuits and cover it with mix
Continue till the biscuit quantity is over.
Add the rest of the mix on the surface, also may add coffee or nescafe powder on top.
Keep in fridge for 2 hours before serving.
