Instructions
In a pot add butter and oil.
Add onion and stir then add garlic and stir until translucent.
Add carrots and stir, then add potato and stir together (you can add your favourite mix of vegetable)
Add red pepper,mushroom and peas and mix.
Add stock cubes and stir until they dissolve.
Add flour and mix well then add hot water.
Cover with a lid and bring it to a boil for about 10 min.
Pour whipping cream and stir.
Add salt and pepper to taste then add dill and serve.
